Here's what our satisfied customers are saying...

Featuring custom peg rail and cabinetry by Bloomsbury Fine Cabinetry, the peg rail–lined shelves are the ideal spot to hang evergreen branches during the holiday season. A citrus garland also plays nicely with the blue tones. Salvaged blue barn wood served as the starting point for this kitchen’s blue-and-white color palette. A frame of a muted aqua blue sets off all the colors, while the creamy white cabinetry along the wall lets the island be the room’s focal point. Our countertop design and installation service offers a wide range of options to transform your kitchen or bathroom surfaces. We provide expert guidance in selecting the right countertop materials, such as quartz, granite, silestone, and more.

Bright Blue Statement Piece

Charlie spent as much time as necessary and as many iterations as needed to get a final design that was exactly what we needed. When I suggested an element he was not shy to politely tell me it would look bad or good, yet he made what I wanted so long as it would be structurally sound. The workmanship of the finished product is impeccable. The finish is exactly what we selected from the 6 samples he made up for us to choose from. Final cost was about what he estimated early in the design process (before a lot of details were specified). We are a design and build team and have worked with Cabinet by Design closely on a few projects.

Kitchen Cabinet Ideas For a Stunning Kitchen

This is the simple mission statement and foundation I've created for my business. What makes Cabinetry By Design a success is surrounding myself with like minded professionals in both manufacturing and sub contracting. Below, we share our favorite kitchen cabinet ideas—from small, budget-friendly ideas to big, dramatic upgrades to help inspire your kitchen design. Our team facilitates installation from start to finish. We are here to ensure everything runs smoothly, working closely with the contractor and cabinet installer.

Having Monique’s skills and experience to rely on throughout the process was a blessing. She and her team designed our kitchen, pantry and office area. She took the time to get to know us, and how we live, work and cook, then delivered a design and aesthetic that works perfectly for us. This course explores the features, surface materials, and design options for rooftop deck systems and provides an overview of recommended planning and installation guidelines.

We believe homes should be beautiful yet functional - that’s why we focus on creating a space fit for your lifestyle. A light blue kitchen island adds to the lighthearted spirit of the Michigan lake home of designer Chenault James. It’s an understated use of color that gives the room a more subtly layered look. Red diner-inspired barstools add pops of retro color. The deep blue of this newly renovated Ontario farmhouse kitchen takes inspiration from “the rich colors and handsome millwork of British farmhouse kitchens,” says homeowner Andraya Frith.

“We thought about the precedent of a cabinet of curiosities,” says Kent Chiang, principal and project architect at San Francisco–based Aidlin Darling Design. The firm reinterpreted 17th-century vitrines housing taxidermy and astrolabes into a 120-foot-long, S-shaped, compartmentalized, interactive display of the latest Google devices. From light blue to navy blue, these inviting kitchens prove that all things are just better in blue.

I have used this company for 5 different projects over the last 30 years. Monique is always professional and works very hard on all of our projects, and she always adds a creative design sense to every project. For our latest project, she helped turn a very small room into an office/photo studio. This small space is now my favorite space in my house.

The kitchen can reflect the design style of the rest of your home, or you can design it completely differently to make it its own space. Our mission is to create a custom fit detail oriented built to last cabinetry. If you can imagine it, we can build it; any style and finish. They made a small side table, an end table, laundry room, and two built ins. One of the build ins for for a bedroom with closet, drawers, and one built in was for my office with drawers, center lighted cabinets, etc.

One side of the wall is devoted to product placement, the other to feel-good marketing. A vibrant shade of blue doesn’t have to be intimidating, as shown in this 1920s California bungalow kitchen. A countertop-to-ceiling backsplash of Mexican tiles balances the vibrant jewel-toned hue. I pride myself on making your dream kitchen or bath come true in a timely manner. We have products for all budgets and emphasize value not price.

In this Michigan lake house kitchen by designer Steve Somogyi of Chicago firm Steve + Filip Design, the crowd-pleasing cool blue island plays off the water hues located just outside the doors. Adding to the fun spirit, the designers paired the statement island with colorful, patterned encaustic tile for the backsplash. In her Mississippi farmhouse, Country Living editor Rachel Hardage Barrett opted to coat the walls, cabinets, and ceiling in the same shade of blue. (Subtle gray undertones keep the blue from feeling too sweet.) The dark island countertop (“Charcoal Soapstone” by Silestone) keeps the airy space feeling grounded. Cabinets By Design specializes in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, and entertainment centers. While prefabricated kitchen cabinets are less expensive than custom-built cabinetry installed by a professional, they will not stand up over time, potentially costing you more in the long run.

One of them was an extensive remodel in Beverly Hills that included a lot of carpentry work with many details. Charlie, Karla, Sharon and the rest of the crew are extremely professional and pleasant people to work with. They accommodated our needs, listen and were there whenever needed. They always aim for the highest level of work and performance. We will definitely keep working with Cabinet by Design.
